It was really important to us to find the perfect photographer for our wedding day and from the moment we were first in touch we knew Georgina was 'the one'! She suggested coffee and a chat and from then on it was a match made in heaven! There were several things that appealed to us about Georgina and her photography. She had a variety of flexible and affordable packages, there was no 'you must have this', Georgina worked around our day and what we had in mind. We weren't keen on formal photos and Georgina's portfolio was full of relaxed and personal looking pics, exactly what we imagined. And Georgina gives you your photos on a DVD so you can do whatever you like with them, unlike other photographers who only give you a selection and charge enormous amounts for extras. We were keen to support a local artist too. We are over the moon with our wedding photographs. Georgina was never in the way or intrusive, but she managed to capture really beautiful and intimate photos of us and our family and friends. Our favourite photos are the ones where people did not know they were having their photo taken – Georgina seemed to be in the right place at the right time all day. Even the slightly more formal group photos were really relaxed, exactly what we hoped for. Georgina was lovely to have around, which is very important on such a personal day. Nothing was ever too much trouble, even when we kept changing our mind and asking her to climb up ladders! Georgina did not do our album (we wanted that project for ourselves!) but we have no doubt she would have done a fantastic job! We recommend Georgina without hesitation. She is an exceptional photographer without an extortionate price tag; she'll take time to get to know you and then give you exactly what you ask for, and the photos are beautiful!
